Giving something back to the communities we work in is an important part of Openwork’s approach to business. We have therefore established the Openwork Foundation to be the focus of our charitable activity.

Through the Openwork Foundation we support people who face disadvantage, poverty or physical or mental distress. We do this by supporting charities that help disadvantaged people to achieve a more independent future.

The Foundation’s theme is ‘Cares 4 Kids’. This programme supports disadvantaged children and young people up to the age of 18 to help them move from dependence to independence.

We are also supporting Holding On letting Go

Brian Downton the practice principle is doing a number of challenges in 2023, with the main target being Ironman Copenhagen.

An Ironman is a long distance triathlon comprising of:

3.8km open water swim

180km bike

A full Marathon

Once again this year this is all to raise funds for the foundation and Holding on Letting Go.
